Obituary

SSG Aaron Evilsizer,29, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 in Junction City, Kansas. He was stationed in Kansas at Ft. Riley. Aaron was a sniper. He was also in the process of being evaluated to be a Scout Team Leader in a Light Infantry Position Battalion. He was preparing for deployment for Afganistan in March of 2012 with Headquarters and Headquarters Company; 2nd Battalion; 16th Infantry; and 4th Brigade Combat Team.
Aaron attended Southview Wesleyan Church. Aaron preceeds his 6 year old son Kevin Nicholas; his wife Angelica; and their 2 year old daughter Alyssa Mae; his mother Cynthia (James R.) Honeycutt; his father William (Carol) Evilsizer. Siblings; Benjamin Evilsizer, Leah Evilsizer and Mimi Smallwood. And many other beloved family members.
Aaron graduated from Franklin Central High School in 1999 in Indianapolis, where he lived until he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2002. Aaron spent 7 of his 9 years serving in South Korea where he served as a sniper Instructor at Camp Casey. He also worked at The NCO Academy at Ft. Jackson as an instructor.
Aaron will always be remembered as a very loving and giving person. A visitation will be held at Southview Wesleyan Church, 4700 Shelbyville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237 on Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. and a funeral service will be held on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 11 a.m. with an hour calling from 10 - 11 a.m. prior to the funeral service.
