Addie Ruth Crouse 92, of Brownsburg, IN passed away September 19, 2019. She was born in Medina TN to the late Albert and Ruthie Davis.  Addie is survived by her children Kenneth (Linda) Crouse, Sylvia Elmore, and Laura (Bill) Hopson; daughter-in-law Kim Crouse; grandchildren Kenny Wayne, Dennis, Randy, Jessica, Bradford, Howard, Timothy, Amanda, Danielle, Kathryn, Eric and Allen; great grandchildren Wyatt, David, Bonnie, Tabitha, Trevor, Shane, Tiffany, Ariel, Dennis Keith, and Luca,  and brother Leon Davis.  She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Talmer Crouse; children Alma Francis Crouse and Lynn Albert Crouse, and granddaughter Candy Sue Jagger.

Visitation will be held Thursday September 26 ^th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood, IN 46143 Funeral Services will be held Thursday September 26 ^th at 2:00 PM in the funeral home, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
