Agnes I. Hurd, age 85 of Indianapolis, died on September 6, 2009 at Washington Health Care. Born, July 2, 1924, she was the daughter of Homer and Velma (Parker) Anderson. Agnes was a longtime member of the Lafayette Heights Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters Sue (Gerald) Clouse and Nancy Pritchard; two sisters, Clara Hallock and Rebecca Poynter; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, September 10th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 South State Road 135 in Greenwood. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
