Alfred C. Spegal, 72, of Indianapolis, passed away February 6, 2017. The son of Earl R. and Marie W. (Goger) Spegal Lawson, Alfred was born May 9, 1944 in Indianapolis.

A disabled American veteran, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed going to the casinos and riverboats.

Alfred is survived by brothers, Earl R. (Glenda) Spegal of Ft. Myers, FL and Thomas J. Spegal of Indianapolis; sister, Joyce (Jimmy) Clark and Mary J. (Danny) Glover, both of Indianapolis and Beverly Stepp of Danville, IN, and his four legged companion, Elvis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Sharon Kincaid and Dorothy Spegal.

Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2017. Entombment at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
