Obituary

Mrs. Alice Martha McCracken, Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021. She was 88. Alice was born September 11, 1932 in Franklin, Indiana, a daughter of the late Renos and Eva (Francisco) Randolph.

Alice was a graduate of Clark High School and had spent her adult life in the accounting field and had retired from Union Oil after 20 years of service. She was a hard worker and could most usually be found keeping busy. She very seldom sat down. She enjoyed boating with her family and was still taking motorcycle rides at age 83! Alice was a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church.

Alice is survived by her daughter, Eva Brownlee; her grandchildren, Bryan (Sarah) Stone, Jason Kenworthy and Jennifer Riddle; her great-grandchildren, Brodie Riddle, Natalie Riddle, Emerie Riddle, Isabella Stone and Jax Stone as well as a sister, Janet (Wally) Long and two nieces.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in passing by her husbands, George W. Julian and Harry McCracken and a brother, Bud Randolph.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Friday, September 10, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with Pastor Danny Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
