Obituary

Allen O''Neal Wilcher, 61, of Franklin, passed away April 1, 2014 in Johnson Memorial Hospital. The son of Clarence Wilcher and Correne Hatchell Elliott, Allen was born April 5, 1952 in Casey County, Kentucky.

For 33 years, he was a concrete mixer - truck driver with Sagamore Ready Mix. He attended Grace Point Church in Whiteland and he enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and riding his motorcycle.

Allen is survived by his wife, Janet E. Dean Wilcher of Franklin; sons, Dwayne L. (Dawn) Winn of Franklin, Gary A. Wilcher of Anderson and Jeremiah F. (Amanda) Wilcher of Indianapolis; daughters, Elizabeth Guerreo Wilcher, Sandra L. Goudie and Lisa M. Mitchner, all of Indianapolis; brother, Tommy (Ruth) Wilcher of Lafayette; sister, Kathy Hardin of Greenwood; grandchildren, Renee J. Wilcher, Sergio A. Wilcher, April N. Wilcher, Angelica J. Wilcher, Maria G. Wilcher, Justin L. Wilcher, James R. Havens, Jack O. Goudie, Christopher L. Goudie, Corey W. Mitchner, Meredith K. Mitchner, Morgan A. Wilcher, Tyres A. Wilcher, Dakota A. Wilcher and Noah A. Wilcher; great-grandchildren, Hayleigh N. Havens, Peyton R. Havens and James R. Havens, III.

Services 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Private entombment at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
