Alvin Leroy Arthur Alvin Leroy Arthur, age 85, passed away at 3:50 pm, Friday, December 26, 2008 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. Private Services will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home at 1977 S. State Road 135 in Greenwood. Burial will take place following service in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
