Alvin Lee Robey, 94, Greenwood, formerly of Mooresville and Indianapolis, passed away February 16, 2008. He was born on December 21, 1913 in Indianpolis to the late Elbert Lee and Vere (Rybolt) Robey. His wife, Lillian (Jones) Robey whom he married August 27, 1935, passed away in 2005. Robey, a machinist, was retired from Eli Lilly & Company and for many years operated the Robey Machine Company. Survivors include a son, Morris Robey, Indianapolis, daughter Janatha Ashton, Indianapolis, two grandsons Lee D. Ashton and John Burdette Ashton; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. Services will be at11:00AM on Wednesday, February 20, 2008, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S.
