Amy Lee Bradford, 28, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013 at her residence. She was born March 14, 1985 in Indianapolis to Ronald L. and Diane R. Bradford. She graduated from Southport High School with the Class of 2003. She also graduated from Medtech College in 2010 and worked as a medical assistant. She enjoyed being a mother to her two sons, taking them camping and boating.

Amy is survived by her fianc, Nicholas Padgett, Sr.; two sons, Nicholas Brian Padgett II, and Noah Bradford Padgett; her father and step-mother, Ronald L. (Raeline) Bradford; her mother, Diane Bradford; brother, Cody Bradford; sister, Andrea Bradford (Scott Carlson); her mother and father-in-law, Mike and Diana Padgett; two step-sisters, Bree and Ashton Beaulieu; paternal grandmother, Nancy Bradford; sister-in-law, Rachel Bumpas; brother-in-law, Mike Padgett; nephews, Lincoln and Winston Carlson and Dylan, Michael, Tyler, Payton, and Ethan; nieces, Jenna, Jace, Brittany, Savannah; great-nephew, Luke. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Donald and Geraldine Walls; paternal grandfather, Jack R. Bradford.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 19, 2013, at 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
