Anabel Scrougham, Greenwood, passed away on February 17, 2023. She was 82 years old. Anabel was born in Peoga, IN to her parents John D. and Naioma G. Stover. She graduated from Trafalgar High School, class of 1958.  Anabel worked as a legal secretary for the Attorney General for the state of Indiana and retired in 2003 after 10 years of service.
Anabel was a member of the Eastern Star for many years. She loved animals and had an affinity for both cats and dogs. Anabel enjoyed spending time with her family whenever possible. The memories created will be cherished by those she leaves behind.
Anabel is survived by her children, George (Tonya) Tow and Jennifer (Frank Swoveland) Boyd; her aunt, Shirley Johnson.
The graveside service will be on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
