Angie Smith 90, of Indianapolis, IN passed away June 26, 2019. She was born in Clay County, Kentucky to the late Jerry and Victoria Owens. Angie is survived by her sons Orville (Debbie) Smith, Robert (Denise) Smith, Lester (Nancy) Smith and Jerry Smith; 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, a nd 3 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Smith; son Marty Smith and grandchildren Robert Lee Smith, Jr. and Marty Michelle Smith.

Visitation will be held Friday June 28th from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood, Indiana.  Funeral Services Will be held Friday June 28th at 1:00 PM in the Funeral Home. Burial to follow t Forest Lawn Cemetery.
