Ann M. Van Horn, 85 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024. She was born to the late Bruce and Dorothy Ruark.

Ann loves to read, cook and collect dolls. She enjoyed raising five children and loved to spend time with grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her children Debbie Ross (Butch), Joe Van Horn, Michael "Mike" (Robin) Van Horn and William "Bill" (JoLynn) Van Horn; two grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both parents, husband Albert Van Horn and a daughter Jana Van Horn.
