Anna Elizabeth Sutton, 92 of Greenwood, passed away August 16, 2017. The daughter of Claude G. and Frederica Danvis Ezell, Anna was born April 24, 1925 in Ward, Alabama.

In 1945, she graduated from Livingston College (Livingston, Alabama) with an Associate of Arts Degree. Anna is a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church, Greenwood. After 22 years of service, she retired as bookkeeper from Renners Trucking Company.

Anna is survived by her daughter, Carol K. (Harry) Fleener of Chipley, Fl; grandchildren, Amanda Fleener Corbin, Angela Skirvin Bumps (Thomas), Andrew Scott Fleener (Virginia) Woodrow Nelson Skirvin, Miranda Fleener Campbell (Jeff), Sonja Skirvin Jackson (Jeff) and Dustin James Skirvin (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Heidi Micaela Bumps Beck (Ryan), Alex Ryan Corbin (Kristina), Amberly Shay Corbin, Hayley Christine Bumps, Elizabeth Rachael Fleener, Hannah Elizabeth Grace Bumps, Colin Jaxson Campbell, Lara Grace Fleener, Andrew Thomas Fleener, Claire Catherine Campbell, Thomas Arthur Bumps Jr., Hadley Noel Campbell, Macy Skirvin, David Skirvin, Leah Skirvin, Daniel Skirvin, Samuel Levi Jackson, Alayna Fay Jackson and Allison Brooke Jackson; and great-great-grandchildren, Stella Fay Vernon, Braedon W. Beck, Elijah J. Vernon and Kinsley Marie Corbin. She was preceded in death on November 7, 2003 by her husband, Nelson E. Sutton, whom she married on January 18, 1946; her daughter, Sandra F. Sutton on June 16, 2004; brothers, Claude D. Ezell and Edwin Ezell and sister, Edwinia Ezell Meador.

Funeral services will be held August 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call starting at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
