Anthony S. "Tony" Blackburn, 62, Whiteland, passed away February 21, 2015. He was born December 17, 1952 to the late Ralph and Wanda Faye (Bruce) Blackburn. Tony married Sylvia Sue Bush on August 8, 1991 in New Castle, Indiana; she preceded him in death in July of 2013. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, Vietnam and was a founding member and Co-Captain of the "Indy Fog" paintball team. He is survived by two daughters, Melissa "Nikki" (Jimmy) Shockley and Catherine "Cathy" (Dan) Milano: two brothers, Jeffery L. Blackburn and Mike Wampner: two sisters, Pamela G. (Walter) Koehler and Betty Wampner: five grandchildren, Ciara, James and Anne Marie Shockley and Alexis and Dimitri Milano. He was preceded in death by his wife, two brothers, Ralph W. and Bryan E. Blackburn and a sister, Kimberly M. Blackburn. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2015 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
