Archie S. Leet, Jr., 84, passed into eternal life on November 12, 2014. The son of Archie S. Sr. and Goldie Boyd Leet, Archie was born January 20, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan.

Archie retired from Dresser Industries in 1986. He was a member of Emmanuel Church of Greenwood. Archie was dedicated to his calling as a volunteer working with the Saul to Paul Jail Ministry in Ellettsville, Indiana.

He is survived by his wife, Marietta Leet; children, Rhonda (Joe) Stiles, Connie Smith and Carol (Kevin) Houpt; grandchildren, Amanda Werbeck, Justin Stiles and Alyssa Houpt. He was a loving husband and devoted father. He loved the Lord, his wife, his children and adored his grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2014. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, you may contribute to the Saul to Paul Ministries, an addiction-recovery program for men of all ages with a Bible based curriculum. Archie was a volunteer for this ministry for many years.
