Augusta Marie Blaine Carlisle, 74 of Indianapolis passed away December 12, 2006. She was born August 23, 1932 to the late Victor & Alma Blaine. Marie was preceded in death by her husband Wallace "Mac" Carlisle. She was a member of the Greenwood Church of Christ and enjoyed volunteering for various charitable organizations. Survivors include her son Mark (Rhea) Harper and daughter Jacqueline (Robert) Rico, brothers; Kenneth, Jackson, Billy & Jr. Blaine, grandchildren Jason Hoffman, Amanda Monroe & Rachel Harper and great grandchildren Jeffrey & Elijah Monroe and nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday Dec. 16 at 11 AM in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, IN with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends may call from 4-8 PM Friday Dec. 15 at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer''s Association in honor of Marie''s life
