Barbara Lee Chance, 83 of Louisville who lived, worked and raised her family in Indianapolis passed away peacefully on August 6, 2022.

Barbara is survived by her three children Lisa (Harold) Berfiend, Jonathan "Jay" (Karie) Chance, James "Joe" (Holly) Chance, son in law Todd Gosman; 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; She is preceded in death by both parents; a daughter Laura A Gosman and three grandchildren Eric Hendrickson, Brandon Ison and Christopher Chance.

Barbara was an Executive Director for Community Hospital System and retired from Community over 10 years ago.

A visitation will be Friday, August 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Memorial Service will begin at  2:00 PM. Barbara will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
