Barbara A. Peters 68 of Greenwood passed away July 1, 2019. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Jerry Peters; children Jeremy (Lora) Peters, and Jennifer (Rodney) Blevins; grandchildren Savanna Blevins, Gage Blevins, Elizabeth Peters, Emily Peters, Braden Ferguson, and Isabella Ferguson; mother Ethel McCloud; sisters Sue Lewis, and Debbie (Kenny) Smith; brothers Matthew (Michelle) McCloud, and Curtis (Lisa) McCloud; and step-brothers Chris McCloud, Colin McCloud and Greg McCloud.  Barbara was preceded in death by her father Clyde Osborne; step-father Clarence "Cloudy" McCloud and step-sister Casey McCloud.

Barbara was a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend who always put others before herself.  She drew people to her with her compassionate personality and gentle heart.  The thing that brought her the most joy in the world was spending time with her family.  She will be missed immensely by everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be held Sunday July 7 ^th from 2:00-5:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood, IN.  Funeral Services will be held Sunday July 7 ^th at 5:00 PM in the Funeral Home.  Graveside Services will be held Monday July 8 ^th at 11:00 in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
