Bernice F. Weber, age 87, of Whiteland and formerly of Beech Grove, died Friday, May 15, 2009 at the Franklin United Methodist Community. Born November 23, 1921 in New Ross, IN, she was the daughter of Hugh and Doris (Dean) Foust. On October 12, 1940 in Indianapolis, she married William C. Weber.
Bernice was a member of the Whiteland United Methodist Church and was a long time member of the Beech Grove United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, Steve (Cheryl) Weber and one daughter Carla (Bill) Rollins. 7 Grandchildren, Dawn Brown, Lisa Daugherty, Rhoni Oliver, Suzanne Thorne, Derek Kendall, Shannon Ratzlaff and Allyson Ratliff. Also surviving are 17 Great-Grandchildren and one sister, Donna Wolfgram.
Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister, Dorothy Saunders.
Rev. Carol Fritz will conduct funeral services on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 11:00am with calling 1 hour prior at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, Indiana 46143. Calling will be held Monday, May 18 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow services in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorials can be made to the Ronald McDonald House, American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association.
