Bertha M. (Seifert) Waterman, 82 of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. She was born in Indianapolis to the late Josephine and Robert L. Seifer. Bertha is preceded in death by her son, Jeffery R.C. Waterman; and sister, Louise Siddall. Survivors include, her loving husband, Charles J. Waterman; two daughters, Cheryl Jones, Kathie Marcellus; Grandchildren, James C. (Angela), Lauren, Austin, and Gracie Pope; sister, Betty Mershon; nieces, Jo Ellen Leach, Debbie Starling, Linda Berkholtz, and Roberta Sparks. Family and friends will gather in Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM also in the funeral home.
