Betty Joan Luther, 82 of Greenwood passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 15, 2018. Betty was born in Corydon, IN to Harry and Anna Mugler. Betty graduated from Corydon High School and received her Associates Degree from J. Everett Light. Betty retired in 1997 as the Manager of Dietary Services at Community South Hospital. Betty's hobbies included bingo, going to the casino, cruising, RV travels around the U.S.; she loved family fish fries and spending winters in Florida. Betty especially loved her time spent with grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Betty is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Harold E. Luther; children, Deborah (George) Bowman, Tim (Susan) Luther, Glenda (Gary) Ayers; brother, Bill (Shirley) Mugler; grandchildren, Cassie (Dustin) Smith, Jessica (David) Vint, John (Kristen) Luther, Tiffany Ayers (Brett Ailes), George (Megan) Luther, Danielle Ayers and Charles (Madeleine) Luther; great grandchildren, Owen Ailes, Grayson Smith, Preston Luther, Kennedy Luther, Annalease Ayers and Iris Joan Ailes.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents and Aunt Florence Keller.
