Betty Joan (Waddell) Oxford 70, of Indianapolis passed away at home following a long battle with cancer on December 29, 2018. Betty was born on December 30, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana to James E. Waddell and Evelyn (Elimier) Waddell.

Betty is preceded in death by her parent, James and Evelyn Waddell and Husband, Lonnie Oxford.

Betty is survived by her son, Roger (Susie) Boatwright; grandson's, Christopher (Lindsey) Boatwright and Tanner Boatwright; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial Contributions in lieu of flowers can be donated to the Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
