Beverly Drake, age 74, passed away on the early evening of Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Beverly was born May 3, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of Frederick Drake and Wilma (Burns) Drake, both deceased.
Beverly played cello in the orchestra of Emmerich Manual High School and graduated with the Class of 1966. Following graduation, Beverly attended IUPUI and earned her Associate Degree in General Studies. She had been employed with Fortis Insurance Company as a Rehabilitation Specialist and retired in 2010 after 22 years of service. Beverly was a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
Beverly is survived by her sister, Sharon Drake as well as her cousins:  Suzanne Smock,  Nancy (Davd) Sedam, Julie Schaefer,  Judy (Terry) Braly, and Dale (Beth) Smock.
There will be no public services and she will be inurned at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
