Beverly Ann Bridges, age 61, of Greenwood, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Beverly was born July 1, 1954 in Xenia, OH to Calvin and Dorothy (Tidd) Palmer. She was a homemaker who had also worked at Kroger Video and Speedway. Beverly was a member of Smith Valley Baptist Church and she attended the Bible Study Group. She loved to be in her garden, can her green beans and spend time with her loving family.

Beverly married Larry P. Bridges on October 27, 1990 in Greenwood, and he survives her. She is also survived by her daughters, Natasha McCall and Nicole Conner, of Greenwood; brothers, Fred Oliver of Fullerton, CA, Junior Palmer of Indianapolis, and Don Karl of Ashland, OH; sisters, Patty (Sam) Wilson and Merle (David) Fitzwater of Wilmington, NC, and Nancy Jo Palmer, of Indianapolis; grandchildren Destiny and Brittany Bryant and Isaiah Stavroules; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Johnny Oliver and sister, Gloria Willis.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 21 at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association.
