Billy Dean Harrison, 86, of Mooresville, Indiana passed away in his home surrounded by his family on December 17, 2020.  He was born March 27, 1934 in Scottsville, Kentucky to Garland and Lorene (Turner) Harrison.

Billy married his love, Rebecca (McClard) Harrison on November 18, 1958 and just celebrated 62 years together.  They raised two children, Michael and Cheri.  Billy worked for Chrysler Corporation and was a member of the UAW Local 543, retiring after more than 40 years of service. He was a Mason, affiliated with the Lafayette, Tennessee lodge.  Billy and Rebecca have attended the First United Evangelical Church in Mooresville, Indiana for 18 years; and while they lived in Tennessee, they attended Highland General Baptist Church in Scottville, Kentucky.  Billy was a very likable fella, and never knew a stranger.  He was faithful, hardworking and generous and loved his family dearly.  Billy will be greatly missed by many.

Billy will be fondly remembered by his wife, Rebecca; children, Michael (Stephanie) Harrison, and Cheri Harrison; siblings, Evelyn (Marshall) King, Roy Harrison, Mary Frances (John) Stuck, and Ricky (Debbie) Harrison; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Harrison; and two grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Monday, December 28 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN  46143, with service to follow at 12:00pm, to be officiated by Pastor Ray Hampton.
