Billy E. Smith 74, of Indianapolis passed away August 14, 2019. He was born in Celina, TN to the late Wesley and Ora Smith. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 29 years Nelda Smith; children Wesley Smith, Paul (Jennifer) Riggs, Jimmy Riggs, and Clint (Jessie) Riggs; grandchildren Brian, Kyle, Bethany, Destiny, Nick, Austin, and Brittney Riggs; great grandchildren Lauren, Dallas, Rayne, Makinzee, Alexis, Braylee, Isaiah, and Mashayla; sister Brenda Chambers; brother Benny smith; and nephews Mike and Bruce Phillips, and Carl Smith. in death by his brother Bobby Smith.  Billy worked for Stuart's Moving and Storage for 30 years.  He was the most loving Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather and Friend.  He will truly be missed by all.

Visitation will be held Friday August 16 ^th from 4:00 -8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd 135 Greenwood, Indiana.  Funeral Services will be held Saturday August 17 ^th at 11:00 AM in the funeral home, burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
