Bonnie Fay Ballard, 90 of Indianapolis passed away on Saturday, January 11th , 2025. She was born to the late Leonard and Adeline Costelow.

Bonnie would put family first. She was a caregiver for everyone, she was the neighborhood mom and grandma. She raised Todd as one of her own.

Bonnie is survived by her two sons Art Ballard and Richard (Debbie) Ballard; two grandchildren Todd(Christina) Ballard and Shannon Price; six great grandsons and a sister Darlene Allen. She is proceeded in death by both parents; husband Henry Ballard, Jr (2007) and a grandson Christopher Ballard (2017).

Visitation will be Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday, January 17, 2025 beginning at Noon at the funeral home. Bonnie will be laid to rest next to her husband Henry Ballard, JR at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
