Bonnie Louise Kinser, Indianapolis, IN, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025. She was 77 years old. Bonnie was born in Indianapolis, IN to her parents Richard and Jolee Morris. Bonnie married her husband, Allen Kinser Sr., on October 30, 1964 and they shared 50 years of marriage together until Allen passed away in 2015. Bonnie had a special love story with Allen that she always remembered fondly.
Bonnie worked as a supervisor for the Unemployment office and retired in 2009 after 39 years of service. Bonnie was a member of Victory Restoration Ministry for many years. Bonnie enjoyed sewing and reading her bible. She loved travelling alongside her sisters to various places including Gatlinburg and Nashville, TN. Bonnie loved to organize family get togethers and reunions; it was important to her to keep her family close. Bonnie will be remembered for her selfless nature and hopeful attitude. She was a mother to all who needed her, no questions asked. She will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Allen Kinser Jr. and Gregory Kinser; her grandchildren, Nikki (Kyle Curtis) Kinser and Aryah Kinser; her great grandchildren, Nixon Curtis, Ryker Curtis and Alexandriah Curtis; her siblings, Brenda (Mark) Hebble, Betty Pitcock, and Rita (Jimmy) Collins; her several nieces and nephews.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen Kinser SR.; her daughter in law, Julie Kinser; her siblings, Bill, Bobby, Barbara, Danny and Rick.
There will be a visitation for Bonnie on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The funeral service will commence at 1:30 pm and the entombment will immediately follow at 2:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
