Nee Ward, Widow of Mr. Larry Terhune, Formerly Dyer (Roger), Formerly Lillard (James).


Mrs. Bonnie Terhune was born in Clay County, Kentucky on May 16, 1949 and passed in Franklin County, Ohio on January 8, 2023.


Bonnie was a 1967 graduate of Harry E. Wood High School.


In high school Bonnie worked at G. C. Murphy. Most of her adult life Bonnie worked at Indiana Bell. Later in life Bonnie worked at Arvin Industries, Inc.


Bonnie was preceded in death by her spouse, Larry Terhune and her parents Hazel (Grubb) and Hasco Ward.


Bonnie will be laid to rest next to her parents, Hazel and Hasco Ward, at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Bonnie's spouse, Larry Terhune, is laid to rest at Youngs Creek Cemetery.


Bonnie is survived by her brothers, David (Kathy) Ward, James (Donna) Ward, Gary (Nikki) Ward and Paul (Shirley) Ward, her sister, Paula Ward-Harshey, her only child, daughter, Melissa (Missy) Sauer, Missy's spouse, Scot and her grandchildren Chelsea, Tyler and James Sauer and James' fiancee Briona Sharp.


Bonnie was an independent woman who enjoyed reading, shopping and Sudoku. Bonnie was a member of The Indianapolis Baptist Temple. Bonnie spoke of her faith in God often. Bonnie said to her daughter Missy on more than one occasion "there is no better feeling than to know you are loved."


Bonnie spent the first part of her life in Kentucky, most of her life in Indiana and the final weeks in Ohio to be with her daughter Missy and family.


Bonnie aged 73 passed from COVID-19 at OSU Sunday morning 9:49 am January 8, 2023.
