Callie Irene Shepherd, age 85, of Greenwood, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014. She was born September 22, 1928 in Jamestown, KY to William B. and Arabelle (Riggins) Scholl. She was an Assembly Line Worker at RCA for many years.
Callie married James A. Shepherd on June 22, 1952 and he survives her along with her daughter, Barbara Cunningham; brothers, Raymond Scholl and his wife, Jean, and William Andrew Scholl; sister, Ida Oakes; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Douglas Hagen; brothers, Henry and Dora A. Scholl and one sister, Mary Swisher.
Private funeral services will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
