Carl M. Fain, 71, of Greenwood passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2007. He was born January 16, 1936 to Atwell & Geraldine Fain. Carl worked for Indianapolis Power and Light as a dispatcher and systems operator. He is survived by his wife Barbara (O''Dell) Fain; daughters, Robin (Joseph) Bustle, Dawn Fain, Julie (Scott) Armes, and Kim Fain; a brother; four granddaughters and three great-granddaughters. Carl was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. A service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood.
