Carl Eugene Mitchner, 61 of Indianapolis passed away on September 1, 2018. Carl was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 2, 1956 to Adren and Mary Mitchner. Carl was the epitome of what it means to live as a free man; he's currently skidding in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and proclaiming "wow, what a ride!". He lived his entire life by his own rules, and gave zero fucks about what anyone thought about it. He was a hippie by nature, a true free spirit. He loved his family fiercely and will be greatly missed. They broke the mold when they made Carl.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, James Mitchner, Donald Mitchner, Josephine Holmes, Ethal Salone and Phyllis Miley.

He is survived by his siblings, Bill (Karen) Mitchner, Pam (Mario) Perdue, Debbie (Gerald) Whittimore and Sandy (Ronnie) Isham; ex-wife and friend, Trish Mitchner; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
