Carol Ann Hagan Burk, 55, of Greenwood, died Friday, May 16, 2014 at Community Hospital South, Indianapolis. The daughter of Robert Harold Hagan and Beverly Jane Pridemore Hagan Turner, Carol was born September 8, 1958 in Indianapolis.

A homemaker, Carol loved to drive. She liked big trucks (semis), horses, rodeos, cowboys and Native American Art. She was a terrific wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.

Carol is survived by her husband, Marty L. Burk of Greenwood; daughter, Chey Nicole Kirkham of Indianapolis; grandson, K.J. Kelly of Indianapolis; parents, Beverly and Albert Turner of Indianapolis; brothers, John Michael (Lori) Hagan and Robert William Hagan, both of Indianapolis; sisters, Donna Kay Hieht of Indianapolis, Melinda Denise (Gary) Minardo of Greenwood; and sister by faith, Sally Curtis of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert H. Hagan.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
