Carol E. Shaffer, 61, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008. She is survived by her mother, Berniece. She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S.
