Carol Ann (Waymire) Tomamichel, 82, was called home to the Lord Wednesday, June 3, 2020.  She was born December 19, 1937 in Decatur, Illinois to Roy and Edith (Smith) Waymire.

Carol married her husband, Francis Joseph Tomamichel on April 7, 1956 and together they raised five children.  Carol was a devoted wife and mother who was active in her church, South Emerson Church of God.  She loved to crochet and has many stuffed animals and blankets that she shared with loved ones.  She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed.

Carol is survived by her husband, Francis; children, Debbie of Indianapolis, Pam of Indianapolis, Rhonda (Gary) of Rushville, Beth (Mick) of Indianapolis, and Todd (Melissa) of Fairland; grandchildren, Amber, Elizabeth, Mary, Charles, Matt, Chris, Kevin, Alison Trent, and Adam; six great grandchildren; brothers, Glen (Virginia), Bill (Jane), and Jim (Loretta); and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her son-in-law, John.

Family will receive friends Saturday, June 6 from 12:30pm - 1:30pm at South Emerson Church of God, 3939 South Emerson Avenue, Indianapolis, IN, with funeral service to follow.  There will be a procession to Forest Lawn Memory Gardens for a graveside committal service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association: www.alz.org .  Forest Lawn Funeral Home is honored to provide care for Mrs. Tomamichel and her family.
