Cecil B. Mills, 88, of Camby passed away March 12, 2019. He was born on January 23, 1931 in Ellisburg, KY to Howard and Estella Mills.

Cecil was a beloved dad, grandpa and great grandpa. He was a good man who lived a simple life and was a homebody who enjoyed spending his time hanging out in his garage and talking on his C.B. radio. He worked at Hygrade until they closed, and then went across the river and worked until he was 69 1/2 years old and retired from General Motors truck and bus as a fork lift driver. He also worked on cars to help his family and friends. Cecil loved his wife's cooking, his grandchildren, and enjoyed watching NASCAR and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Buelie Mills; parents, Howard and Estella Mills and his brother, Glenwood Mills.

Cecil is survived by his daughters, Cecilia (Harlan) Watson and Teresa (J.D.) Summers; grandchildren, Brian (Heather) Watson and Rachel (Mike) Ralstin; great grandchildren, Regan Ralstin, Tyler Ralstin, Nolan Watson and Elliot Watson. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm with a funeral service at 12:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
