Cecil Earl Wall, 77 of Indianapolis, passed away April 20, 2009. He was retired from National Starch and was an Army veteran. Cecil is survived by his loving wife, Roxanna L. (Branch) Wall; children, Thersa Angleton, Vickie Stogsdill, Kim Carlyle, Carrie Kleiner and Rusty Wall Jr.; sister, Anna June Goins; brothers, Herbert, Robert and Francis Wall, 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. SR 135, Greenwood, IN will hold visitation, Friday, April 24th from 11:00am to 2:00pm with funeral services Friday at 2:00pm.
