Charles R. Baier 90, of Indianapolis, IN. passed away May 3, 2020.  He was born in Indianapolis, IN. to the late George and Edna Baier.  Charles is survived by his sons Ron Baier, Keith (Pat) Baier., and Tim Baier; grandchildren Steven Dillon, Brian Sapp, Gabriel Baier, Sophia Baier, Austin Baier, and Andrew Baier; and geat grandchildren Hyacinth Dillon, Scott Dillon, and Brett Dillon.  He was preceded in death by his wife Billie Jo Baier; and daughter Terri Beasley.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
