Charles R. "Bob" Shoptaugh, age 79, of Greenwood, passed away Thursday, December 16 at home. He was born June 12, 1931, in Folsomville, IN to Lester and Stella Mae (Estridge) Shoptaugh. Bob was a tire salesman most of his life. He was an Air Force Korean Conflict veteran and a member of St. Roch Catholic Church. He married the former Juanita Elsbury December 5, 1953 and she survives along with two sons, Charles R. Jr. and Michael S. Shoptaugh; one daughter, Anita (Phillip Fruits) Shoptaugh; six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Bob loved to tinker and spend time with Juanita. He was much loved and will be missed. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM at St. Roch Catholic Church with a prayer service to be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
