Charlotte Lucille Goode, age 91, of Greenwood, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 with her family at her side. Charlotte was born January 11, 1922 in Beech Grove, IN to Frederick and Nina (Walls) Oelschlager. She graduated from Warren Central High School with the Class of 1940. Charlotte worked as a stenographer with the New York Railroad Co. after leaving high school and later was a homemaker and worked at Jerry''s Restaurant. She married Henry Reid Goode on September 3, 1955 and he preceded her in death on June 25, 1996. Charlotte was an avid gardener. She also loved to watch old movies, play piano, bird watch from the back porch and study genealogy.

Charlotte is survived by her sons, Dr. Roy L. (Ruth) Goode, Dr. Joseph (Dixie) Pete, and step-son Larry Joe (Irene) Goode; grandchildren, Dr. Vanessa (Geoff) Mahan, Erin (Elias) Maqueda, Audri, Adam and Roy Austin Goode, step-grandchild, Lauren Goode; great grandchildren, Griffin Oakes, Cole and Kinley Mahan, Anna, Maria, Logan and Lucia Maqueda; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and six sisters.

Private funeral services will be held in Forest Lawn Ben Franklin Mausoleum, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor''s choice.
