Chase Anthony Stout of Fishers, IN died on September 27, 2018 at the age of 40. Chase was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 4, 1977.

He graduated from Center Grove High School in 1996 and then attended Indiana University where he met his wife, Emily. They were married October 30, 2010 and in the following years they welcomed their three children, who were the most important part of their life. Chase loved his family and friends. He was generous and kind, extremely smart, and had a great sense of humor. He liked listening to Dave Matthews, being outside, playing Golden Tee, and cooking.

He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Russell and Martha Stout and Louis and Dorothy LaBaw.

Chase is survived by his wife, Emily (Dossman)Stout; his young children, Annelise Christine Stout, Henry "Hank" Anthony Stout, and Finnegan Edward Stout; his parents, Garry and Chandralyn Hopie Stout and his sister, Brittany (Jay) Schmuck.

A memorial visitation is scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
