Christopher Lee Kattman, Indianapolis, passed away on the early morning of Sunday, February 7, 2021. He was 29. Chris was born October 3, 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana a son of Melissa D. Hornaday and Bryan C. Kattman.

Chris graduated from Perry Meridian High School and had been working as an officer trainee with the Plainfield Correctional Facility. He had also recently worked as a delivery driver for TM Solutions. Chris enjoyed guns and shooting, fishing, video games and hanging out with his friends playing pool.

Chris is survived by his parents, Melissa (Danny) Hornaday and Bryan (Teresa) Kattman; his son, Gabriel Michael Kattman; his siblings, Bryan L. Kattman, Levi Bennett, Trisha Kattman, Alexa Kelly, Danielle Bennett, Elizbeth Bennett, Lilly Collis and Heather Brewer and his grandmothers, Gail Vawter and Melissa L. Kattman.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm, Monday, February 15, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony McGraw officiating. Inurnment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

In keeping with the Governor's mandate, attendance at the funeral will be limited to 50 people. Also, we respectfully ask that if you are feeling any symptoms of illness, please do not attend.
