Corinne L. Blair, 81, passed away December 7, 2008 at her residence in Indianapolis. She was born September 30, 1927 in Hymeria, In. She lived in Indianapolis most of her life and was active with the Independent Order of Foresters. Corinne retired from Allison's Transmission after fifteen years of loyal service in 1992. Corinne will be deeply missed by her family. She is survived by three sons, Robert L. Johnson III, William T. Johnson, and Kenneth D. Johnson; Five daughters, Peggy Baker, Carolyn S. Wade, Patricia A. Kirk, Kimberly D. Carroll, and Corinne J. Allen; 18 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and two sisters. Services will be Friday, December 12 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood, In. 46143. Internment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
