Cornelius S. "Neal" Arnold, 99, of Greenwood passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2010. Neal resided at Greenwood Village since 2001. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Franklin. Neal graduated from Iowa State University in 1936. He went on to work as a mechanical engineer for Union Carbide where he later retired from. In his post retirement years Neal became an accomplished artist. Neal is survived by two sons, John (Frances) Arnold of Huntsville, AL. David (Judy) Arnold of Burgaw, IA; and a grandson, Jim Arnold of Athens, AL. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, January 9, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. with a service following at 1:00 P.M. all at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memory Gardens.
