Obituary

Glen Campbell, 84, of Greenwood, passed away May 3, 2013. The son of Ernest and Sally Blanton Campbell, Glen was born April 8, 1929 in Wallins Creek, Kentucky.

A veteran of the US Marine Corps, Glen was a retired storekeeper.

Survivors include the two loves of his life, Katie Feilen of Greenwood and Jackie Campbell of Indianapolis; children, Micheline (Fred) Wright of Bonham, TX, Sally Whitfield of Bonham, TX, Hope Campbell of Willits, CA, Faith Berning of Greenwood, Glenna Louise Skaggs of Greenwood, Melanie Ann Baird, Angela Feilen of Indianapolis, Robert (Sabina) Feilen of San Antonio, TX and Chris (Patty) Feilen of Greenwood; brothers, Jack and Ralph Campbell of Indianapolis and Ted Campbell of Nashville, TN; sisters, Marlayna Hatton of Kentucky and Ann Campbell of Greenfield; grandchildren, Shawna Keller, Bob Feilen, Gage Feilen, Melissa Berning, Adam Berning, David Baird, Holly Baird, Carleigh Gentry, Codey Harris, Alissa Feilen, Brittany Feilen, Charles Gibson, Tiffany Skaggs, Caleb Briggs, Michele Schweizer, Thomas Wright, Brian Wright, Lynn Doughty, Jamie Yates, Cynthia Lynn Song, Katie Cannon, Cindy Wilson and Leslie Nichols; great-grandchildren, Phillip DeMedici, Fred Snell, Todd Sandford, Danielle Sanford, Anita Doughty, Kenneth Perschke, Ginger Doughty, Jarrett Doughty, Stuart Doughty, Tanner Doughty, Raelee Doughty, Rebecca Yates, Jessica Yates, Daniel Cannon, Jimmy Cannon, Jacob Wilson, Max Wilson, Ethan Keller, Elliott Keller, Bryce Feilen, Justine Simpson, Lydia Simpson, Sage Simpson and Saphire Simpson. Besides his parents, Glen was preceded in death by brothers, Winfred, Robert and William Campbell.

Funeral services 1:00 p.m. May 7, 2013 in Mt. Olive Lutheran Church - 5171 West Smokey Row Road, Greenwood, where friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
