Darrell W. Smith, of Indianapolis, IN passed away October 4, 2019.  He was born in Indianapolis to the late Arnold and Helen Smith.  He is survived by his children Tammy (Dan) McGrew, and Erik (Tami) Smith; grandchildren Tyler, Evan, Nina, Sally, Anthony; and 2 great grandsons.  He was preceded in death by his wife Rita Smith and son Darrick Smith.

Private services were held at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
