David Lee Kelley, 81, of Greenwood, Indiana passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021.  He was born November 11, 1939 to Herman and Goldie Kelley.

David graduated from Tech High School and immediately enlisted in the U.S. Army, and proudly served between the Korean and Vietnam Wars.  He was married to his wife, Beverly, until she passed in 1999.  Together they had one son, Steven, who passed away in 2013.  For the last 17 years, he has been devoted to his companion, Poncy Napier, of Greenwood.

David will be fondly remembered by Poncy, and his nephew, Jeff; and many friends he has made throughout the years at the American Legion, Post 252, in Greenwood.

In addition to his parents, wife, and son, David was preceded in death by his two sisters.

There will be a private burial Wednesday, April 14 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
