David Levi Martin, 26, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014. He was born September 11, 1987 in Beech Grove to David Wayne and Carolyn Sue Martin. He was a finisher at Ryobi Die Casting. Levi loved to hunt, roller skate and work on his truck. He was also an avid gamer who loved to spend time with his children and family.

He is survived by his parents; his step father, Jason R. Reid; his loving companion of 10 years, Betty Lawson; children, MaLeah and MaLakai Martin; sister, Laura Morrison; paternal grandmother, Netta Martin; maternal grandparents, Guy and Carol Billingsley; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the MaLeah and MaLakai Martin College Fund.
