Debora "Debra" Kay Beaty, Greenwood, IN, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025. She was 55 years old. Debra was born in Greenwood, IN to her parents Ernest "Ernie" and Clarice "Judy" Beaty. She graduated from High School and completed some college courses. Debra married her husband, Greg Burdsall, on her birthday, August 21, 2015, and together they shared 10 years of marriage.
Debra worked as an actress for many years. She was in a number of films and took pride in perfecting her craft. Debra enjoyed going on motorcycle rides with her husband and spending time outdoors. She had a soft spot for animals; Debra was always concerned that the squirrels that lived near her home were eating enough and safe during harsh storms. Debra loved making and maintaining friendships all her life; even the friends she had that lived far away remained close to her heart. Debra's compassion and concern for those around her will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind.
Debra is survived by her husband, Greg Burdsall; her stepchildren, Amanda, Nathan and Stephanie (Wren); her step grandchild, Eli; her siblings, Char, Edward, and Bob; her nieces and nephews, Lindsey and Kyle; her dear friend, Brooke; Many other beloved friends.
Debra is preceded in death by her parents.
