Debra L. Levi, age 42, of Camby, Indiana, passed away April 17, 2011. She was born June 25, 1968 in Indianapolis to Robert A. and Lorraine M. (Fuchs) Spencer. She married David Levi on August 27, 1994. She was a graduate of Scecina Memorial High School Class of 1986. Debra was a Radiologic Technologist for Methodist Occupational Health for 16 years. She was an avid birdwatcher, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed spending time with her German Shepherds. She is survived by her husband, David; father; one brother, Paul (Julie) Spencer; two sisters, Karen (Samuel) LeStourgeon, and Susan Spencer; nieces, Sarah LeStourgeon, Lauren and Jessica Spencer; nephews, Ryan Spencer, Andrew and Tommy LeStourgeon. She was preceded in death by her mother, and brother, James Spencer. Funeral services will be Friday, April 22 at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with visitation from Noon until service time. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
